This is a hard question to answer because "rheumatic pain" can mean many things to a rheumatologist. Adolescents could be stiff from sitting around more than usual with less physical activity. Many exercises can be done in relatively small spaces. On the internet, there are many sites that offer exercises that stretch. Yoga is also an exercise that uses your own body in a small space that improves motion. If pain persists, one can have a virtual visit with a rheumatologist.
