Great blog and thanks for sharing; finding the right medication really is a trial and error process-fortunately there are more and more treatment options. C

I take Ebrel and it works for me. My two cents after trying everything since 1983 is that it is a big experiment. Find out what works for you. Enbrel is a low risk drug. Check out my story on my blog site.

I was given Enbrel from the very beginning. It helped for sometime but it wasn’t for me. I’m currently taking methotrexate. All medications have side effects. I would suggest you have an open conversation with your doctor if you haven’t already. Ask him/her what other options there are for you and consider even taking the Vectra DA test to see what inflammatory markers are high. Your doctor has a good reason for why he is suggesting this, listen to the advice but it is your body and you have the choice to advocate for your care.
