Failed Xeljanz I was diagnosed with RA at 26. I am now 31 and have tried and failed, plaquenil, humira, enbrel, actemra, orencia, and xeljanz. I am still on on methotrexate but that alone isnt enough to keep my symptoms at bay. I'm worried I'm running out of options since nothing seems to work for me. I fear that I'm going to get sick one day and and it turns into something like pneumonia and I'll be hospitalized. I'm looking for some advice on this. What other medication options do I have? Is there anyone else who has experienced something similar?

@Andreaashby15 I followed your post and am curious if you have found anything that helps. With all the new medications becoming available you would think one might work. Have you tried changing your diet? C

hi, i can understand how you feel. i felt the same way when i was diagnosed.Doctors wanted me to take methotrexate, but i didn't. i tried to find a natural way to fight against AR, and i think i found it, thanks to GOD. My treatment is based on diet. i became vegan as a part of the treatment, my main food is vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legums, integral rices, and infusions of special plants. You could give it a try.Look this video

There are a couple new medications in development that will be available in the future and another new type called JAK inhibitors that seem to work in hard to treat individuals; you should ask you doctor about them:
